- Pricing and process
How we work, and how we price it.
We carry the process. You steer the direction. No nasty surprises, no jargon and no black box.
We do not publish a price list, and here is why
A single price for custom software would be wrong for almost everyone. A small automation and a customer portal are not the same job. Instead, we make the first step low-risk and give you real numbers before you commit to a build.
Step one: discovery
We start with a call. We listen, and we do not suggest a solution until we genuinely understand the problem and how your business runs. You can book a discovery call at no cost.
Step two: discovery proposal
If it looks like a fit, we put together a clear plan with indicative costs and timeframes. If you go ahead with the project, the proposal fee comes off the project cost. You are never paying twice for thinking.
Step three: agile delivery
We build in short sprints. Every sprint ends with a demo and working software you can actually use. New features ship regularly, so there is no long wait for a product you no longer need.
Then: keep it fresh
Priorities change, and your backlog can change with them. We stay on hand to support and improve what we have built.
We act as your product owner, project lead and developers.
Our products
Our own products have public pricing. ReviewSync is £97, £147 or £297 a month ex VAT with 14 days free. FileFi starts at £22 per user per month.
Questions we get asked
Is the first call free?
Yes. The discovery call is free. Discovery proposals are a paid step, and that fee comes off the project cost if you go ahead.
Do you work to a fixed price?
It depends on the project. Many clients want a clear, capped figure, and we will discuss the best way to give you certainty.
What if the project changes?
Short sprints mean you can change priorities without starting again.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We stay on hand to support and improve what we have built.
